If you cannot locate your Chauffeur or Vehicle, please call 1-877-278-5466 to avoid a "no show" fee. If a client fails to contact us when they unable to locate their Chauffeur or Vehicle, the reservation will be considered a "Late Cancel".
Chicago Midway International Airport Information
Chicago Midway Airport offers 30 minutes of free high-speed wireless Internet service (you must watch an ad to get access) throughout all terminals. To connect, select “Boingo Hotspot” from your settings or network preference menu and open a browser on your laptop or mobile device. Premium WiFi, which offers commercial-free access and faster speed, is available for $6.95 per 24 hours.
There are no airline lounges at Chicago Midway Airport, but there is a USO Lounge, located in Concourse C, which offers Internet access, drinks, and snacks and is available to members of the military and their families.
Restaurants & Shops
In addition to the usual traveler services, MDW offers a mother’s room for nursing mothers, equipped with comfortable seating, a wash area, and a TV. Next to the mother’s room (Concourse C) is the yoga room, which is equipped with floor-to-ceiling mirrors, exercise mats, and a monitor displaying yoga poses. Midway Airport does not have a hotel on-site, but there are almost a dozen hotels located within two blocks.
MDW Must See
The Battle of Midway Memorial Exhibit, located in the walkway to Concourse A, commemorates the crucial World War II battle with photographs, interactive kiosks and an SBD Dauntless aircraft hanging from the ceiling. MDW also hosts revolving art exhibits, with works located throughout the terminal.
