Where to Find Your Driver at Atlanta Airport
Board the train to the Main Terminal. At the top of the escalator turn left or right in accordance with the Airline Baggage Claim. Your Chauffeur will be standing just before Baggage Claim in the designated roped off Chauffeur Waiting Area holding your Name Sign. American Airlines/T-Gate Arrivals: Please meet your Chauffeur upstairs in the Main Terminal where your Chauffeur will be located across from Baggage Carousel #4 in front of the Fridays Restaurant. If you cannot locate your Chauffeur or Vehicle, please call 1-877-278-5466 to avoid a "no show" fee. If a client fails to contact us when they unable to locate their Chauffeur or Vehicle, the reservation will be considered a "Late Cancel".
